Terms of Service for WayIn Visitor Management System Software

  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WayIn Visitor Management System Software (the “Software”), provided by WayIn LLC (“The Company”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Software.

  1. Use of the Software
  1. License: The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for its intended purpose.
  2. Restrictions: You may not:
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Software.
  • Circumvent any security measures or access control features of the Software.

 

  1. User Accounts
  1. Registration: To access certain features of the Software, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  2. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

 

  1. Data Security and Privacy
  1. Collection and Use: The Company may collect and use certain information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
  2. Security Measures: The Company employs reasonable security measures to protect user data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and The Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

  1. Intellectual Property
  1. Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
  2. Feedback: You may provide feedback regarding the Software. The Company may use such feedback without any obligation to you.

 

  1. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Software at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Software; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

 

  1. User Content
  1. Responsibility: Users are responsible for their content shared on the Software.
  2. Monitoring: The Company may monitor and remove user content that violates these Terms.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
